地鼠颊癌发生过程中超氧化物歧化酶表达研究

摘要 口腔癌发生过程中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)动态原位表达变化尚未见报道.利用免疫组化方法,观察了05%DMBA(二甲基苯并蒽)诱发金黄地鼠颊粘膜癌发生过程中SOD的变化.结果显示正常颊粘膜SOD表达最强,3周单纯增生损害表达下降;6~9周异常增生损害稍增加,仍低于正常;12周鳞癌形成时又下降,提示SOD表达下降可能与地鼠颊癌发生有关。 Dynamic change of SOD expression in situ during oral carcinogenesis is rarely reported.In this study,SOD expression were investigated immunohistochemically during 0.5%DMBA-induced hamster buccal pouch carcinogenesis.The result showed that SOD expression had the highest level in normal epithelium, and the lowest level in hyperplasia (3wks),somewhat elevated in dysplasia (6-9wks),but still lower then normal. However,when carcinoma was developed,it was lower these results indicate that change of SOD expression may be related to oral carcinogenesis,but the mechanism needs to further elucidate.
