On the Psychological Characteristics of the Vocational College Students and Its Education Strategies

职业院校学生的心理发展同时具有积极和消极的特点,他们的身体机能猛增、心理发展迅速,为他们成就良好的个性和优秀的品质奠定了坚实的基础,然而他们也明显存在着成熟与幼稚、理智与激情、理想与现实等心理困扰。必须针对这些心理特点,更新"两课"内容,突出职业理想、人生观和世界观教育,加强青春期性心理辅导,开展面向个体的心理咨询与辅导,才能取得良好的教育效果。

Vocational school students simultaneously have positive and negative characteristics in psychological development. The increasing function of body and the fast development of psychology lay a solid foundation for forming their good personality and outstanding quality. However, they also obviously have psychological distress, such as maturity and naivety, intellect and passion, ideal and motivation. Aiming at these psychological characteristics, we can obtain good effect of education by updating the content of ＂two classes＂, highlighting education on professional ideal, the outlook on life and the world, sexual psychological counseling for adolescence, developing psychological consultation and counseling for individuals.
