磁力矫治器扩大牙弓的临床研究 被引量:4

The Clinical Study of Expanding the Arch with Magnetic Appliance

摘要 应用第三代高磁能积稀土永磁体钕铁硼,设计为固定或活动的磁力扩弓矫治器对10例中度以下牙列拥挤伴牙弓狭窄或伴单侧或双侧后牙反的患者进行了矫治,并结合Edgewise固定桥治器排齐牙列,调整磨牙关系,取得满意的疗效. The aim of this study was to observe the effect of treatment with magnetic appliance on 10 cases with mildly crowd teeth associated with narrow arch or one side/two side posterior crossbites. The magnetic appliance was designed to be remorvable or fixed containing Nd-Fe-B N33 magnets. Simultaneously, the Edgewise appliance was used to level the upper and lower dentitions and adjust the relationship between the upper and lower molars. The effect of treatment was satisfactory. By measuring and analysing patients'models, it was confirmed further that expanding arch with magnets force was an effective way.
