口腔医学系教师档案计算机管理信息系统的应用

Computer Management Information System Usedin Managing the Personal Files of Faculty Member

为探讨教师档案管理科学化及办公自动化的途径，以中文操作系统ＳＰＤＯＳ为平台，Ｆｏｘｐｌｕｓ关系数据库为基础，借鉴其它管理软件自行开发设计了口腔医学系教师档案计算机管理信息系统，经过近３ａ应用显示：本系统具有操作简单、选择性广、实验性强、方便、快捷、省时、投资小效益大的优点，是今后行政管理工作科学化。

For managing files of faculty member and realizing the automation in office affairs,a computer management information system ( MIS) in department of stomatology was designed.It was based on the platform of Chinese operation system SPDOS,Foxplus relation database and other software.After three years,this system showed that it has character of operating easily,selecting widely, practise strongly convenience speedy,saving time,little investment and more benefit. It is the way that would make our management more scientific and more automatic.
