摘要
采用核仁组织导体区银染技术(AgNOR技术),对涎腺多形性腺瘤中各种组织成份进行定量研究,结果发现在实性及腺管样区域中肿瘤性上皮细胞AgNOR颗粒均数为420,大小颗粒之比接近1∶3;软骨样细胞者为180,大小颗粒之比接近1∶1;粘液样细胞者为206,大小颗粒之比接近1∶1,前者与后两者间有显著性差异(P<005),结果表明:实性及腺管样区域中的肿瘤性上皮细胞活性较软骨样细胞、粘液样细胞高。
Nucleolar organizer region - associated proteins in the cells of the different histologic patterns of pleomorphic adenomas were studied with silver staining technique.The arithmetic mean of NORs number for the solid and ductal areas,the chondroid areas and the myxoid areas were 4.2,1.80 and 2.06 respectively.A significant diffference was found between the NORs number in the former group and the latter two groups.The results suggested that the cells in the solid and ductal areas had a higher cellular activities than the chondroid cells and the myxoid cells.This difference is probably related to the carcinogenesis of pleomorphic adenomas of salivary glands,nucleolar organizing regions (NORs),AgNORs.
