手术治疗肘关节“恐怖三联征”12例临床分析 被引量：5

摘要 肱尺关节后脱位同时伴有尺骨冠状突骨折和桡骨头骨折即所谓的肘关节“恐怖三联征”（terrible triad of the elbow）这种损伤以创伤模式复杂、诊治困难、并发症多、临床预后差而闻名^[1]以往经保守治疗后出现复发性不稳定、制动时间延长引起的关节僵硬、畸形愈合、不愈合等的概率很高，常导致治疗失败。目前多主张采取积极的早期手术治疗以降低并发症发生率。手术的目的是肘关节活动充分的稳定性，以便进行早期功能锻炼．并最大限度地改善功能结果^[2]。
