摘要
目的探讨沙土鼠缺血再灌注时红细胞β-内啡呔(β-endorphinβ-EP)对红细胞免疫粘附功能(RedcelimmuneadherenceRCIA)有否调控作用。方法采用蒙古种沙土鼠缺血再灌注模型分别测定RCIA以及红细胞β-EP(RBC-β-EP)含量,观察两者相互关系,进一步探讨其发生机制。结果显示单纯缺血时RBC-β-EP含量轻度升高,但RCIA降低不明显;而再灌注时随红细胞β-EP含量明显升高,RCIA功能降低明显。结论在缺血再灌注时,一定浓度的RBC-β-EP对红细胞免疫有促进作用,而高浓度时则有抑制作用。
Objective To study the effects of the RBCβ-EP regulated red cell immune adherence (RCIA) during cerebral ischemia reperfusion in gerbil.Methods RCIA and RBCβ-EP were determined respectively by means ofgerbil.Rusults RBCβ-EP increased slightly while RCIA didn't change markly during cerebral ischemia,with RBCβ-EP significantly increasing,RCIA decreased obviously during cerebral ischemiareperfusion.Conclusion RBCβ-EP promoted the function of RCIA,excessive amounts of β-EP inhibited the function of RCIA.The suggests that blocking β-EP production can contributes to improve the function of RCIA.
