摘要
目的探讨蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)后脑血管痉挛(CVS)时血和脑脊液中神经降压素(NT)的变化规律及作用。方法采用放免技术动态观察了犬SAH后血浆、CSF中NT含量动态变化。结果SAH组血浆、脑脊液中NT含量增高。血浆中NT在注血后2天开始增高,第7天最高(P<0.01)。脑脊液中NT在注血后30min即显著增高(P<0.01),第7天最高。结论NT可能参与了SAH后CVS的过程。
Objective To study the effect mechanism of NT on CVS following experimental dog SAH.Methods The measure of NT in plasma and CSF was used by radio immunological analysis.Results The levels of NT in plasma and CSF in groups of injecting blood increased more than that in groups of preinjecting blood and control(P<0.01).After injecting blood 30 min,the levels of NT in plasma and CSF began to increase and was the highest at seventh day,after injecting blood.Conclusion NT may be involved in process of CVS following experimental dog SAH.
