摘要
不同的矿物掺和料及其掺量,对水泥浆体的流变性及与外加剂的相容性有不同的影响.通过水泥浆体的扩展度和黏度2个指标来研究矿物掺和料对水泥浆体的流变性及与外加剂的相容性的影响.试验结果表明:在最佳掺量时,矿物掺和料对改善浆体流变性和相容性效果最好,且不同的矿物掺和料的最佳掺量区别较大.硅灰的最佳掺量为5%~10%;普通矿粉的最佳掺量为10%;2种超细矿粉和粉煤灰的最佳掺量为20%~30%.
The different mineral admixture and replacement have different effect on rheologic properites and compatibility of cement paste. Through two index including the expansion and viscosity of the cement paste, the influence of mineral admixture on the rheologic properties of cement paste and the compatibility of the additive have been investigated in this paper. The results show that, at the optimal content,mineral admixture can improve the rheologic larger is 5% fly ash are 20 %-30%.
