摘要 随着国家推行电子政务工作的不断进展,信息化工作越来越受到各级部门的重视,法院作为特殊服务部门,旧的审判方式已不能满足当前日益增长的需求。科技审判法庭系统借助现代信息技术的成果,延伸、扩展了传统审判法庭功能,起到强化庭审效果、提高庭审效率的作用,同时进一步体现司法公开、公平、公证的原则。科技审判法庭系统本质是流媒体综合管理系统,它将语音、数字、图像处理集成一体,综合应用数据库技术、网络技术、自动控制技术。该系统由影像子系统、网络子系统、举证子系统和控制子系统组成,其特点是数字化、网络化和智能化。目前,江苏省法院已全面普及科技审判法庭系统的应用,收效显著。 With e-government's techniques promoted, great attention has been paid to information technology. As a special department, Court's previous trial mode cann't satisfy requirement. System for technological law-court utilizes modern information technology to extend and expand court function, it strongs court trial and improves efficiency, and also embodies judicial open, judicial justice and judicial notary. The essence of system for technological law-court is a system of management for streaming media, which incorporates speech, digital, image processing, utilizes database, network, auto-control technology. The system consistes of four subsystems(video/audio, network, quote, auto-control). It's characteristic is digitalization, network and intelligence. Now the system has been deployed in JiangSu province, produces good effects.
