摘要
在液压传动实践教学中应用FluidSIM软件对回路进行模拟运行和检验,使学生能够清晰地了解各元件在回路各个运动阶段的工作过程,加深对元件和回路原理的理解。结合液压传动实验台,通过实操的方式参与到液压传动回路设计和仿真的整个过程,激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学习效果。此外,根据液压传动实验台的特点,将"5S"活动引入液压传动实践教学,培养学生自我管理、严于律己、持之以恒的基本职业素质。
By using FluidSIM software to simulate the operation of hydraulic circuit in fluid drive praxis teaching, students can clearly understand the various components in the loop phase of the exercise process, deepen their understanding of circuit components and understanding of the principles. Students use this software to design and to simulate fluid drive circuit, which will greatly inspire their learning interests and improve their learning effects. "5S" management was introduced to fluid drive praxis teaching, according to the characteristic of fluid drive praxis device, which can bring up students' professional quality of self-management, discipline and perseverance.
