摘要
介绍了三维光学测量系统的原理、组成及应用。该系统是采用正弦光栅投影技术和数字图像处理技术等,以较高的速度和精度来获取和处理大量的三维数据的一种新的三维传感技术。三维光学扫描测量轮廓术简单实用、测量精度高、便于实现自动测量,是一种较为理想的光学测量方法。
This article introduced the three dimensional optical measurement system s principle,the composition and the application.It uses the sinusoidal grating projection technology and the digital image processing technology and so on to gain and process massive three dimensional data in high speed and precision.The three dimensional optical scanning survey outline technique is simple and practical, the measuring accuracy is high.It can realize automatic measuring and it an ideal optical measurement method.
