摘要
云南霉素是由链霉菌产生的新抗肿瘤抗生素。云南霉素体外试验对肿瘤细胞有杀伤作用。动物体内试验,对小鼠肝癌22、结肠癌26以及肉瘤180均有显著疗效。使用可耐受剂量,云南霉素120mg/kg,po,×2,对肝癌22的抑制率达83%;30mg/kg,iv,×3,对肝癌22的抑制率为77%。
Yunnanmycin, a novel cytosine nucleoside antibiotic produced by a Streptomyces strain which was isolated from a soil sample collected in Yunnan Province, China, showed antitumor activity in vitro and in vivo. By clonogenic assay, yunnanmycin displayed cytotoxicity to KB cells and hepatoma BEL7402 cells with IC50values of 9 and 5μg/ml, respectively. Yunnanmycin markedly suppressed the growth of murine transplantable tumors including hepatoma 22, colon carcinoma 26 and sarcoma 180. At tolerable doses, yunnanmycin (120mg/kg, po, ×2) inhibited the growth of hepatoma 22 and sarcoma 180 by 83% and 72%, respectively. Yunnanmycin, 30mg/kg, iv, ×3, inhibited the growth of hepatoma 22 by 77%. Results indicate that yunnanmycin is highly effective against experimental tumors.
