摘要
依据经济学、心理学、管理学的理论,以人力资源管理理论、惠力资本和克服信息不对称的视野,根据大量的人力资源测评实践和分析,提出了E时代行为动态测试中心的构想。根据被测者的不经意间的言语行为、无意的一举一动,来判断其可能的思维和潜在的职业倾向以及其的性格特点、兴趣爱好,工作欲望、行事风格,人际关系、知识能力。叙述了新型行为动态测试中心的构建、测评中心的测试工具和内容分析、本我显示的内涵与测试工具。
Based on the theory of economics, psychics and management, from the viewpoint of human resource management theory, intellectual capital and information dissymmetry vanish, an innovative idea was put forward according to the practice and analysis of human resource assessment. Using the quizzee' s unconscious behavior and language, the testing mode can test his potential thought, occupation tendency, characteristics, interest, job-desire, life-style, relationship, knowledge and capability, which opens up the era of dynamic behavior testing in E-time. The paper is divided into five parts: (1) the significance of establishing dynamic behavior testing center, (2) the establishment of new-pattern dynamic behavior testing center, (3) the testing tools and contents, (4) the connotation of self-test, (5) the future scenery of the testing center' s establishment and the testing center' s innovation.
