The research-oriented experimental teaching is an important part of teaching reformation and the nano-film experiment is a research hot point.Through the experiment,students can practice multiple techniques,and complete experimental preparation and procedure designing in dependently.The reseachful study item would foster students research interest and improve their innovatory ability.
