Research on the Motivation Mechanism of Laboratory Opening

分析指出,当前高校实验室开放中存在的开放范围窄、学生参与面小、参与度低这些现象的主要原因是师生参与积极性不高。运用激励理论,从管理层面研究构建调动教师和学生参与实验室开放积极性,促进实验室开放的激励机制。

This article analyzed and pointed out that the main reason why laboratory opening in universities and colleges has limited extension and low students participation is lack of initiative of teachers and students.Using the motivation theories,the motivation mechanism was constructed to encourage the teachers and students to participate the activities of laboratory opening.
