中药“抗慢敏煎”联合西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹临床观察

Observe Chinical Efficacy of Chinese Medicine KangManMinJian Combined with Cetirizine on Chornic Urticaria

目的:观察自拟中药汤剂"抗慢敏煎"治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法:将139例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为3组,A组(中药组)43例,B组(西药组)45例,C组(联合组)51例。A组给予自制中药"抗慢敏煎"。B组给予抗组胺药物西替利嗪口服。C组抗慢敏煎与西替利嗪同时服用。3组均15天为1疗程,2个疗程后判断疗效。结果:A组有效率为76.74%,B组有效率为73.33%,C组有效率为94.12%。A组与C组比较,χ2=6.13,P<0.05;B组与C组比较,χ2=7.78,P<0.025,均有显著性差异。A组与B组比较,χ2=2.90,P>0.1,两组间无显著差异。结论:自拟中药汤剂"抗慢敏煎"配合西替利嗪口服治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效确切,值得临床进一步推广运用。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of the Chinese medicine ＂KangManMinJian＂ on chronic urticaria.Methods： 139 cases of chronic urticaria patients were randomly divided into 3 groups,A group（traditional Chinese medicine group）43 cases,B group（western medicine group） 45 cases,C group（union group） 51 cases.A group were treated by the self-made traditional Chinese medicine ＂KangManMinJian＂.B group by the western medicine citirizine oral.C group by the ＂KangManMinJian＂ and cetirizine at the same time taking. Three groups were 15 days for a course of treatment, after 2 treatment courses to determine efficacy. Result ： A group of effectiveness is 76.74%, B group effectiveness is 73.33%, C group effectiveness is 94.12%. A group with C group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, B group with C group （ P 〈 0.05 ） has the significance difference with C group. Conclusion ： Chinese medicine ＂KangManMinJian＂ with cetirizine oral treatment of chronic urticaria exact effect, it is worth further clinical use.
