外切内注缝合术治疗急性嵌顿痔临床观察

Clinical Observation on External Resection and Internal Sclerotherapy and Suturation in Treatment of Acute Incarcerated Hemorrhoids

为探讨外切内注缝合术治疗急性嵌顿痔的疗效及术后并发症,将120例急性嵌顿痔患者随机分为两组。治疗组60例急性期即采用外切内注缝合术治疗,对照组60例采用保守治疗,待炎症消退后再采用外切内注缝合术治疗。结果两组疗效、肛门水肿、肛门狭窄、复发率差异无统计学意义,但治疗组的疗程明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结果显示,外切内注缝合术治疗急性嵌顿痔疗效可靠,且无明显后遗症及并发症。

For the purpose of studying the curative effects and the postoperative complications in the acute incarcerated hemorrhoids treated by external resection and internal sclerotherapy and suturation,the 120 cases was randomly divided into two groups （A, B） ：60 cases in group A were treated by external resection and internal sclerotherapy and suturadon in acute phase,60 cases in group B were treated by conservative treatment, They were treated by external resection and internal sclerotherapy and suturation after the intlammation subsided. The results showed that between the two groups there was no significant difference in the curative effects and the occurrence rates of anal edema, anal stricture, recurrence,but the treatment course in group A was shorter than the group B （ P 〈 0.05）. It showed that external resection and internal sclerotherapy and suturation was Reliable effect in the treatment of acute incarcerated hemorrhoids, and there was no obvious aftereffects and complications.
