摘要
目的:观察中药安体维康对环磷酰胺(cy)所致免疫功能低下小鼠B淋巴细胞转化的刺激和增强体液免疫作用。方法:于给药第11天,造成小鼠免疫功能低下。摘取脾脏,制成脾细胞悬液,观察脾B淋巴细胞转化的刺激指数。结果:模型组脾B淋巴细胞转化刺激指数较对照组明显下降(P<0.001),cy所致免疫功能低下模型成功;阳性对照药珍奥核酸、安体维康3.2、6.4g生药/kg两剂量组能显著升高cy所致免疫功能低下小鼠脾脏B淋巴细胞转化的刺激指数(P<0.01、P<0.01、P<0.05)。结论:安体维康3.2、6.4g生药/kg两剂量均能明显增强cy所致免疫功能低下小鼠B淋巴细胞转化的刺激指数,提示该药具有增强体液免疫作用。
Objective : To observe the effect of Antivirus compound (ATVC) for cyclophosphamide ( cy ) due to immunocompromised mice B lymphocyte of transformation traditional Chinese medicine to stimulate and enhance the role of humoral immunity. Methods : The administration in the first 11 days, resulting in immunocompromised mice. Removal of the spleen, the spleen cell suspension made to observe the spleen B lymphocyte stimulation index. Results:The model Splenic Group B lymphocyte stimulation index decreased in the control group (P 〈0. 001 ) ,cy due to the successful model of immunocompromised ;The positive control nucleic Albright and ATVC 3.2g, and 6.4g/kg of Pharmacognosy Two-dose group increased significantly due to cy immunocompromised mouse spleen B lymphocyte stimulation index (P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion : ATVC 3.2 and 6.4g/kg of Pharmacognosy Two-dose can be increased cy due to immunocomproraised mice B lymphocyte stimulation index,suggesting that the drug has enhanced the role of humoral immunity.
