心肌炎康注射液药材丹参精制工艺的研究

摘要 目的:确定心肌炎康注射液中药材丹参水提取液的精制方法。方法:通过萃取法、大孔吸附树脂法、二次醇沉法、胶醇法、澄清剂法,对药材丹参水提取液精制方法进行考察。采用可见分光光度法以原儿茶醛为对照品测定了总酚酸的含量;采用HPLC法以丹酚酸B的含量为指标,对其进行含量测定。比较总酚酸、丹酚酸B占各精制方法所得固形物的百分比。结果:丹酚酸B、总酚酸占各精制方法所得固形物的百分比分别为:萃取法30.03%、36.36%;大孔吸附树脂法7.76%、11.83%;二次醇沉法12.92%、16.22%;胶醇法8.39%、11.89%;澄清剂法6.12%、9.23%。结论:以萃取法对药材丹参水提取液的精制为最优。 Objective : Develop a refined method for the water - extraction from radix salvia miltiorrhiza, one traditional chinese medicine in Xinjiyankang injection. Methods : Compare methods of extraction, macroporous absorption resin, twice alcohol deposition, gelatin - alcohol deposition and clarifieant to investigate the effect of refining water - extraction from radix salvia miltiorrhiza Root. The eontent of total phenolic acid was determined by visible absorption spectrometry using protoeatechualdehyde as control articlen, the content of salvianolic acid B was determined using HPLC. The perception of protocatechualdehyde and salvianolic acid B in the solid matter obtained. Results : The perception of protocatechualdehyde and salvianolic acid B in the solid matter by extraction, are 30.03% and 36.36% , macroporous resins adsorption are 7.76% and 11.83%, twice alcohol deposition are 12.92% and 16.22% ,gelatin - alcohol deposition are 8.39% and 11.89% ,elarificant are 6.12% and 9.23%. Conclusion: The optimization way of refining is extraction.
