Determination of Poisonous Substance in Folium Apocyni Veneti

目的:检测罗布麻叶药材中重金属及农药残留量。方法:用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法和原子荧光光度法分析不同产地罗布麻叶中重金属含量,用毛细管气相色谱法检测药材中农药残留量。结果:罗布麻叶中重金属及农药残留量基本符合《药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准》(2001)的限量指标规定;不同产区罗布麻叶中重金属、农药残留量有些差异。结论:为罗布麻叶药材的安全性评价提供资料。

Objective ： To determine the contents of heavy metals and the residue of organchlorine pesticide in Folium Apocyni Veneti. Method：The contents of heavy metals in folium apocyni veneti from different habitats were analysed by ICP - AES and AFS. The residue of organchlorine pesticide in folium apocyni veneti from different habitats were determined by capillary gas chromatograph. Result ：The contents of heavy metals and the residue of organchlorine pesticide in folium apocyni veneti from different habitats eomformed to the standard; the contents of heavy metals and the residue of organehlorine pesticide are different in folium apocyni veneti from different habitats. Conclusion：It provides the materials for safety assessment of Folium Apocyni Veneti.
