益气养阴法干预肿瘤放疗患者气阴两虚证的临床研究

Clinical Research on the Method of Supplementing Qi and Nourishing Yin Interfering in Deficiency of Both Qi and Yin That Caused by Radiation Therapy to Tumor Patients

目的:观察益气养阴中药对肿瘤放疗患者的影响。方法:将60例肿瘤放疗患者随机分为两组,对照组和治疗组,对照组单纯放射治疗,治疗组放疗期间服用益气养阴中药。疗程为2个月。观察两组放疗前、放疗后15天、30天、45天、60天气阴两虚证候积分,放疗前后各测一次T细胞亚群(CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8),肝肾功能,血常规,记录白细胞、血红蛋白、血小板计数。结果:两组放疗后气阴两虚证侯积分均有升高,其中以放疗后30天左右升高最为明显,与放疗前比较,P<0.01;两组放疗后30天气阴两虚证候积分比较,对照组升高明显,治疗组上升相对缓慢,P<0.01;两组放疗后60天积分比较,对照组下降较慢,治疗组下降明显,P<0.01;对照组放疗后T细胞总数(CD3),辅助性T细胞(CD4)及CD4/CD8比值都有明显下降(P<0.05),而治疗组均有上升(P<0.05);两组放疗前后肝肾功能无明显变化,对照组3例患者出现III度血液毒性,治疗组未出现III度血液毒性。结论:放疗能使肿瘤患者出现或加重气阴两虚证,益气养阴法配合放疗能改善患者的气阴两虚症候,提高患者免疫功能,减轻放疗不良反应。

Objective ： To explore the effect of supplementing qi and nourishing yin method on the radiation therapy for tumor. Methods ： 60 eases of tumor patients were randomly divided into two groups, control group and treatment group. The control group was treated only with radiation therapy, while the treatment group was aided with supplementing qi and nourishing yin herbs. The treatment course was two months. Later, the qi -yin deficiency symptoms which were caused by radiation therapy were quantified respectively before radiotherapy and on the 15th,30th, 45 th, 60th day after radiotherapy. Furthermore, The blood tests including T cell subsets （ CD3 , CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8 ） and liver function, kidney function, blood routine examination, leukocyte, hemoglobin and platelet count were detected once before and after radiotherapy respectively. Results ： The integral calculus of qi - yin deficiency ascended after radiotherapy both of the control group and treatment group. The integral calculus was most obviously about 30d after radiotherapy, compared with the former radiotherapy, P 〈0.01. Compared with the integral calculus in 30d after radiotherapy of two groups, the integral calculus in the control group ascended obviously,but the treatment group was relatively slower, P 〈 0.01. Compared with the integral calculus in 60d after radiotherapy of two groups, The integral calculus in the control group decreased relatively slower, but the treatment group decreased obviously, P 〈0.01. In the control group, the numbers of CD4 and CD4/ CDs decreased after radiation therapy （ P 〈 0.05 ） ,while the treatment group increased （ P 〈 0.05）. The patients＇liver function and kidney function showed no change after radiotherapy. In the control group, three patients showed the Ⅲ degree blood toxicity, while no one showed the Ⅲ degree blood toxicity in the treatment group. Conclusion： Radiation therapy would cause the tumor patients have qi - yin deficiency symptoms or aggravated inhere qi - yin deficiency symptoms ;The Traditional Chinese Medicine of supplementing qi and nourishing yin combined with radiation therapy helps to improve deficiency of both qi and y＇in, enhance immune function and reduce the radiotherapy adverse effects.
