高效液相色谱法测定蒙药甘露益肝胶囊中胡椒碱的含量

Determination of Piperine in Ganlu Yigan Capsule by HPLC

目的：建立蒙药甘露益肝胶囊中胡椒碱的含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法。应用Diamon-silC18色谱柱（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）色谱柱;以甲醇-水（77∶23）为流动相;流速为0.8mL.min-1;检测波长为343nm;柱温为室温。结果：胡椒碱在0.0832-0.4992μg范围内,与峰面积具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9998;平均回收率为99.75%,RSD为2.54%（n=6）。结论：该方法精密度高,分离度好,可用于蒙药甘露益肝胶囊中胡椒碱的含量测定。

Objective： To establish a Mongolian mannose Yigan capsule piperine in the determination.Methods： The high-performance liquid chromatography.Application of C 18 column（250 mm× 4.6mm,5μm） column,methanol-water（77 ∶ 23） as mobile phase,flow rate of 0.8mL·min-1;detection wavelength of 343nm.Results： Piperine in 0.0832~ 0.4992μg,with the peak area has a good linear relationship,r=0.9998,the average recovery rate of 99.75%,RSD was 2.54%（n=6）.Conclusion：This method is high-precision,a good degree of separation can be used to Mongolia mannose Yigan capsule piperine in the determination.
