Coexpression of c-erbB-2, p53 and its prognostic significance inhuman breast carcinoma

目的：探讨ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２，ｐ５３的共同表达在乳腺癌预后中的价值。方法：应用免疫组化技术对５５例具有临床随访资料的人乳腺癌组织进行两种蛋白的表达研究。结果：ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２、ｐ５３共表达虽与肿瘤大小、组织学类型及分级无明显关联，但与患者预后呈明显负相关。结论：ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２。

Objective: To evaluate the value of c-erbB-2 and p53 protein coexpression in prognosis of human breast carcinoma. Methods: c-erbB-2 and p53 protein coexpression was observed in paraffinembeded tissues by immunohistochemical methods from 55 cases primary breast carcinomas with clinical data. Results: c-erbB-2 and p53 protein coexpression in mammary carcinomas was actively associated with poor prognosis of the patients. Conclusion: It suggests that the prognostic significance of the coexpression of p53 and c-erbB-2 proteins is higher than that of their respective expression in breast cancer.
