摘要
[目的]研究金鱼藻对小球藻的他感作用。[方法]使用大型藻类金鱼藻的种植水过滤液和研磨液培养小球藻。[结果]30%金鱼藻种植水过滤液对小球藻的生长有轻微的抑制作用,60%金鱼藻种植水过滤液表现出明显的抑制作用,当浓度达到90%时抑制作用极为明显,金鱼藻研磨液对小球藻的生长表现出很强的抑制作用。[结论]随着浓度的增加,金鱼藻种植水过滤液对小球藻的抑制作用逐渐增强,研磨液的抑制作用要远大于种植水过滤液。
[ Objective ] The study aimed to investigate the allelopathy of Ceratophyllum oryzetorum to Chlorella vulagaris. [ Method ] Chlorella vulagaris was cultured in the culture medium filtrate and the aquatic extracts from large-scale algae Ceratophyllum oryzetorum. [ Result ] The results showed that the different concentration culture medium filtrate of Ceratophyllum oryzetorum had differential inhibitory effects on the growth of Chlorella vualgaris. When the concentration was above 60%, the growth of ChloreUa vualgaris was strongly inhibited by the culture medium filtrate of Ceratophyllum oryzetorum. Half of the Chlorella vulgaris was killed by the culture medium filtrate of Ceratophyllum oryzeto- rum when the concentration was 90%. Compared the allelopathy of culture medium filtrate, aquatic extracts from Ceratophyllum oryzetorum showed stronger inhibition on the growth of Chlorella vulagaris. [ Conclusion ] The high concentration of the culture medium filtrate of Ceratophyllum oryzetorum can inhibited the growth of Chlorella vulagaris.
