摘要 目的:从电生理学角度探讨银杏叶提取物(GBE)对缺血性神经细胞的保护作用。方法:采用脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)检测60名椎基底动脉供血不足(VBI)患者口服GBE前后各波潜伏期、峰间潜伏期及双耳差值的变化。结果:服药后患者BAEP各波潜伏期、峰间潜伏期均逐渐恢复至基本正常水平。双耳差值亦同时逐渐减小,接近正常范围。结论:(1)BAEP是VBI的辅助诊断、动态观察和判断预后的可靠指标;(2)双耳差值是最敏感的指标,差值越大,脑干损害的程度越大; Objective: To explore the protective effect of Ginkgo biloba L. extract on ischemic neuronal cells by electrophysiological method. Methods: The latent period of brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) waves Ⅰ~Ⅲ, Ⅲ~Ⅴ, Ⅰ~Ⅴ, interpeak latency (IPL) and biauricular disparity were observed in 60 patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency (VBI) before and after administration of Ginkgo biloba extract (GBE). Results: The latent period of all BAEP waves, IPL gradually returned to normal after treatment of GBE, and biauricular disparity was also reduced to normal. Conclusion: (1) BAEP is a reliable index for supplementary diagnosis, dynamic observation and judgement of prognosis of VBI; (2) The biauricular disparity is one of the most sensitive indices mentioned above. The more severe the injury to brainstem is, the greater the biauricular disparity is; (3) GBE has a truly protective effect on ischemic nerve cells.
