摘要
[目的]研究紫茎泽兰叶片化感活性物质对2种辣椒幼苗POD、SOD活性及抗坏血酸代谢的影响。[方法]采用培养皿滤纸法,研究紫茎泽兰叶片水浸液对2种辣椒幼苗抗氧化系统氧化酶活性及抗坏血酸非酶自由基清除系统化感潜力。[结果]不同辣椒品种在同一浓度紫茎泽兰水浸液处理下的化感效应是不同的。随着水浸提液处理浓度提高,独山辣椒幼苗体内SOD活性先升后降,POD活性、抗坏血酸先降后升,最终MDA含量升高;福泉辣椒的POD活性随水浸提液浓度升高先升后降,SOD活性、抗坏血酸先降后升,最终MDA含量有所增高。[结论]随紫茎泽兰水浸提液浓度升高,抗坏血酸有所提高,可清除由化感胁迫诱导产生的氧自由基,以降低氧化造成细胞膜损伤的程度,增强抵抗化感的氧化胁迫的能力。
[ Objective ] The research aimed to study the effect of allelopathie matter in Eupatorium adenophorum leaves on POD and SOD activity and ascorbie acid metabolism in 2 kinds of Capsicum annuum seedlings. [ Method] The method of petri dishes filter was used to4 xplore the effects of water extract of leaves of E. adenophorum on the activity of antioxidant enzyme and allelopathic potential of the nonenzyme free radical scavenging system of ascorbic acid in 2 kinds of native C. annuum. [ Result] The allelopathic effects on different varieties of C. annuurn were different when the concn, of water extract of E. adenophorum leaves was same. With the increase of the water extract concn., the SOD activity of Dushan C. annuum seedlings was rose at first and then lowered, and its POD activity and ascorbic acid were first decreased and then increased, and finally the content of MDA was increased; the POD activity in Fuquan C. annuum seedling was rose at first and lowered later, and its SOD activity and aseorbic acid were first decreased, then increased, and finally the content of MDA was slightly increased. [ Conclusion ] With the raising of the water extract conch. , the ascorbic acid was slightly increased so as to eliminate the free oxygen radicals induced by allelopathic effect, decrease the degree of epicyte damage caused by oxidation and strengthen the ability to allelopathic oxidation.
