10种中草药提取液抑菌杀菌作用研究

Study on Action of Bacteriostasis and Disinfection on Ten Kinds of Chinese Herbal Medicine

[目的]为探明10种中草药的抑菌与杀菌活性。[方法]选用10种中草药,提取其活性成分,测定其对5种细菌的抑制与杀灭作用。[结果]10种中草药对5种细菌均有一定的抑制作用,其中以白芨、黄芩最为明显,抑菌率均在83.1%以上;杀菌试验表明10种中草药对5种细菌均有不同程度的杀灭作用。[结论]10种中草药均具有抑菌与杀菌作用,但随着提取液用量的增加与杀菌时间的延长,抑菌率与杀菌率均随之提高。

[ Objective ] The study aimed to proved the action of bacteriostasis and disinfection of 10 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines. [ Method ] Taking 10 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines as test materials, active components were extracted, and action of restraining and killing to 5 kinds of bacterias were determined. [ Result] 10 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines showed obvious inhibiting action on 5 kinds of bacterias in which Rhizoma Bletillae, Radix Scutellariae were the best, and the inhibitory bacteria rate were above 83.1% ; the results of disinfectant experiment showed that the 10 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine had the killing effect on the 5 kinds of bacterias. [ Conclusion] The 10 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines have the effect of killing and inhibiting on the 5 kinds of bacterias, but inhibitory rate and bactericidal rate were increased with increase of extracting solution amount and prolongation of time.
