摘要
[目的]探讨不同批次的鸡源及胚源毒种致病性,为有效控制禽脑髓炎(AE)的发生提供参考。[方法]将AEV Van Roekel(VR)株毒种用雏鸡及鸡胚进行繁殖与传代,制备了不同批次的鸡源及胚源毒种,将这些毒种以不同接毒剂量经脑内接种8~10周龄的SPF鸡,进行致病性试验。[结果]不同批次的鸡源毒种致病性均很强,接种后可引起SPF鸡出现严重的禽脑脊髓炎症,不同批次的胚源毒种致病性存在明显差异,有强有弱。[结论]P080603和170807012个批次胚源毒种可以用作AE攻毒效检毒种。
[ Objective ] The aim was to discuss pathogenicity of avian encephalomyelitis virus strain in different batches, and provide reference for controlling the occurrence of AE. [ Method] A series of avian encephalomyelitis virus in different batches were obtained by passage through chicks and embryos with the master seed of Van Roekel strain. Different batches of avian encephalomyelitis virus were prepared, the pathogenicity test of these virus seeds were carried out with 8-10 weeks old SPF chickens in different doses. [ Result] The results showed that the pathogenicity of AE virus seeds passaged through chicks in different batches were strong, SPF chickens appeared serious AE clinical symptoms post inoculation, for those virus seeds passaged through embryos, there are significant difference in pathogenicity, some were strong and some were weak. [ Conclusion ] Two batches encephalomyelitis virus strain of P080603 and P08071 can be used for virus seeds of pathogenicity test of AE.
