摘要
[目的]观察灰树花多糖对高血压大鼠血流动力学的影响。[方法]采用高盐饮食复制高血压大鼠模型。共设6组,对照组、模型组、卡托普利组和灰树花多糖高、中、低3个剂量组。每组10只,每天腹腔注射给药1次,对照组和模型组注射等量蒸馏水。麻醉状态下分离大鼠颈总动脉,利用左心室插管测血流动力学指标。[结果]灰树花多糖不同剂量均能使麻醉大鼠的左室压(LVSP)、左室舒张期末压(LVEDP)和左室最大变化速率(±dp/dtmax)不同程度地降低。[结论]灰树花多糖能够对血流动力学产生一定影响,说明灰树花多糖可能具有一定的降压和心脏保护作用。
[ Objective ] The research aimed to observe the effect of Grifolafrondosa polysaceharide on cardiac hemodynamics in hypertensive rats. [ Method] Using high salt intake to produce hypertensive rat model. 6 groups were set up, including control group, model group, captopril group, high, middle and low doses Grifolafrorulosa polysaccharlde groups. 10 rats in each group, the drug was given by intraperitoneal injection, 1 time each day. The control group and the model group were given isometric distilled water. In anesthetic conditions, carotid artery was separated to test hemoaynamics by incubating. [ Result ] Three Grifola frondosa polysaccharide groups decreased the anesthetic rat's cardiac hemodynamies indexes such as LVSP, LVEDP, + dp/dtmax ( P 〈 0.05, or P 〈 0.01 ). [ Conclusion ] Grifola frondosa polysaceharide can affect hemodynamics, which proved that it might have the effects of lowering blood pressure and protecting heart.
