早产孕妇血浆促肾上腺皮质素释放素含量的测定

Determination of plasma corticotropin releasing hormone contentsin pregnant women

目的：评价孕妇血浆促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素（ＣＲＨ）水平在孕２８～３７周预测早产的临床价值。方法：采用放射免疫方法测定早产、足月产及过期产孕妇不同孕周血浆ＣＲＨ水平并随访跟踪观察。结果：足月产孕妇随着孕周的增加，在孕早、中期血浆ＣＲＨ水平无明显变化，在妊娠晚期ＣＲＨ水平升高显著。早产孕妇血浆ＣＲＨ水平明显高于同期正常孕妇血浆ＣＲＨ水平。

Objective:To evaluate pregnant women plasma corticotropinreleasing hormone (CRH) levels at 28～37 weeks gestation for predicting preterm labour.Methods:By radioimmunoassay,maternal plasma CRH concentration was measured at different gestational weeks and pregnancy outcomes were followed up.Results:CRH level increased obviously in the late pregnant group and little changes occurred in the early and middle pregnant groups. Plasma CRH levels of preterm pregnant women were significantly higher than those of normal pregnant women.Conclusion:Pregnant women plasma CRH levels may be an index for diagnosis of preterm labour. 
