摘要 探讨了如何在环境影响评价的各环节中全面考虑生物多样性问题,阐明了将生物多样性影响评价纳入环境影响评价过程的机制。 How to appropriately integrate biodiversity-related consideration into all the stages of the EIA process was discussed. The mechanism of integrating biodiversity impact assessment into EIA was elucidated.
