滁菊花精粉提取工艺研究

摘要 [目的]探索以水为溶媒提取滁菊花精粉的工艺条件。[方法]在单因素试验的基础上进行正交试验,从而得出用水提取滁菊花精粉的最佳工艺条件。[结果]随着粒度的减小,滁菊花精粉的提取率增大。当粒度小于850μm时,滁菊花精粉的提取率趋于稳定。随着料液比的增大。滁菊花精粉的提取率增大,当料液比大于1g:25ml时,其提取率的增加不明显。在开始阶段,随着温度的升高,滁菊花精粉的提取率显著增大。80℃时其提取率最大。滁菊花精粉的提取率随着提取时间的延长而增大,50—70min后提取率趋于稳定。各因素对滁菊花精粉提取率的影响为:料液比〉提取温度〉提取时间。试验得出的较佳工艺条件为:料液比为1g:30ml,提取温度为80℃,提取时间为60min。[结论]以水为溶媒提取滁菊花精粉的工艺稳定可行。 [ Objective] The purpose was to explore the technological condition for extracting refined powder from Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat with water as solvent. [ Method ] The optimum technological condition for extracting refined powder from C. morifolium with water was got through the orthogonal experiment performed on the basis of single factor experiments. [ Result] As the particle size was reduced, the extraction rate of refined powder from C. morifolium was increased. When the particle size was smaller than 850 μm, the extraction rate of refined powder from C. morifolium tended to be stable. As the solid-liquid ratio was increased, the extraction rate of refined powder from C. morifolium was increased and when the solid-liquid ratio was greater than 1 g:25 ml , the increase of its extraction rate was not obvious. In the beginning stage, as the temperature was increased, the extraction rate of refined powder from C. morifolium was increased significantly and its extraction rate was greatest at 80 ℃. The extraction rate of refined powder from C. morifolium was increased along with the extending of extraction time and tended to be stable after 50 - 70 min. The effects of all the factors on the extraction rate of refined powder from C. morifolium were as follows: solid-liquid ratio 〉 extraction temperature 〉 extraction time. The better technological condition obtained from this experiment was as follows: the solid-liquid ratio was 1 g:30 ml , the extraction temperature was 80 ℃ and the extraction time was 60 min. [ Conclusion ] The technology of extracting refined powder from C. morifolium with water as solvent was stable and feasible.
