我国农村土地产权制度的完善

Consummating of Rural Land Property Rights Institution in China

在借鉴相关研究成果并结合我国目前农村土地产权制度中存在的具体问题以及具体产权制度的可操作性的基础上,提出农村土地产权制度的构想,以应对我国农村土地产权制度下存在的问题。

Referring to the relevant research results, combined with the specific existing problems in the current rural land property fights institution of China and its operability, the conception of rural land property fights institution was put forward, so as to solve the existing problems in the rural land property rights institution in China.
