耕地资源时空变化与保护研究——以江苏省为例

Research on Temporal and Spatial Variation of Cultivated Land and Its Protection

以江苏省为例，采用统计和比较分析方法，对1996～2006年耕地资源变化的时空与结构特征进行了分析。结果表明：随着经济的高速增长，耕地快速减少的趋势并未扭转；农业结构调整、非农建设占用仍是耕地资源减少的主要原因，耕地减少与经济增长的中心在空间上高度重合；土地开发、复垦是耕地补充的主要来源，土地整理的比重有待提升。在此基础上，提出了保护江苏省耕地资源的政策建议。

Taking Jiangsu Province as a case, the spatial-temporal features and structure of cultivated land from 1996 to 2006 were analyzed by the statistical method and comparative analysis. The results showed that the sharp decreasing trend of cultivated land didn＇ t reverse with the rapid development of economy. The main causes of cultivated land decrease were adjustment of agricultural structure and occupation of non-agricultural construction. The central area of cultivated land decrease was also the central area of economic growth. The main supplementary sources of cultivated land were land development and reclamation, and proportion of land arrangement was expected to rise. On this basis, policy proposals were put forward on protecting cultivated land in Jiangsu Province.
