摘要
可用性评估是以用户为导向的,用户从数字博物馆中所获得的体验就是数字博物馆门户可用性评估的对象。用户从中得到的体验来源于两个方面:数字环境及门户提供的服务与功能,这两个方面构成了数字博物馆可用性评估的具体对象。数字博物馆门户可用性评估指标可从有效性、效率、满意度这3个方面分解,从而形成完整的评估指标体系。
The usability evaluation is user-oriented. The usability evaluation objects come from user' s experiences when they use the digital museum portal. User' s experiences root in the portal' s interface and its services and functions which consist of the concrete objects of the usability evaluation. The usability evaluation index system of digital museum portal can be constructed from three dimensions of effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction. These three indices were interacted and emphasized on different aspects.
