摘要
发展私募股权基金,不仅有助于我国金融市场的完善,也有利于促使企业快速成长,从而带动经济的增长。本文以私募股权基金的特点为切入点,结合我国私募股权基金的发展现状,对存在问题进行了分析,提出了发展我国私募股权基金的应对措施。
It is very propitious to develop privately offered fund for not only consummating financial market of our country but also accelerating growth of enterprises, consequently economic growth can be performanced. Based on introduces the characteristics of privately offered fund ,this paper described the current situation of privately offered fund in our country, analysed the problems and gave the suggestions to promote the development of privately offered fund.
