造就中国高素质劳动后备军——论农民工子女的教育问题

Cultivating China high quality labor——on farmer children’s education problem

未来中国经济的快速发展,需要储备高素质的劳动后备军,农民工子女将成为其中最重要的组成部分。本文主要从农民工子女的教育和生存现状以及造就我国高素质劳动后备军角度入手,论证加强进城务工农民子女教育的重要性,并提出解决问题的对策。

For the fast development of future economy in China, It needs to reserve the labors with high quality, and the children from farmer worker are the main parts of the labors. Based on the education and living situations of the children from farmer worker , and the views of bring up the labor reserve with high quality of China, the importance on the education of the children from farmer worker is stressed in the paper, and the countermeasures on solving the problem are presented.
