FDI的技术外溢效应一直是国内外经济学者关注的一个焦点。本文从技术溢出角度,综合国内外经济学者在该领域已有的研究成果特别是实证研究成果进行概述和评价以期对中国应对跨国并购浪潮提供一些有益的政策启示。

s：FDI technology spillover effects has been a focus of concern of economic scholars at home and abroad. This paper, from the perspective of technology spillover, gives an evaluation and summary of domestic and international the research results in the field, especially empirical results. This paper aims to provide some helpful policy advice with a view to cope with the wave of transnational mergers and acquisitions in China.
