凸轮测量步长确定方法的研究

Study on Method of Determining the Cam Measuring Steplength

发动机凸轮检测时，如何确定测量步长，目前尚无成熟的方法。笔者在长期的检测实践中，以误差理论为依据，提出按凸轮升程公差要求确定测量步长的方法，并推导出了步长的计算公式，可以迅速求出被测凸轮各段的测量步长，从而能在保证凸轮检测准确度的基础上，尽可能地采取最大测量步长。

In engine cam measuring,there is no mature method so far as how to determine the measuring steplength. Based on theory of error in long time practice, the author puts forward the method of determining the measuring steplength according to requisition of cam lift tolerance, and has deduced the steplength caculation formula which can quickly achieve the measuring steplength in each section of cam to be measured. Therefore, the maximum measuring steplength can be possibly adopted on the basis of guaranteeing the accuracy of cam measuring.
