摘要
结合大型运载火箭滚弯带筋壁板的时效应力松弛校形试验研究,介绍了该工艺方法的基本原理、校形效率参数、过弯量计算、及工装设计原则等基本问题。展示了这种工艺方法在航空航天产品生产中的应用前景。
The aging stress relaxation process is used to size the aluminum wing skins and launch vehicle panels with machined stiffeners and abruptly varying in thickness. This paper describes the development of the aging stress relaxation sizing aluminum process,sizing efficiency of current aluminum alloys, over bending correction evaluating, tooling concepts, and the sizing results of rolling formed panels of vehicle CA 3.
