EGFR妊娠期高血压疾病胎盘组织中MMP-9和EGFR的相关研究 被引量:2

Related study on the role of MMP-9 and EGFR in placental of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.

摘要 目的探讨在妊娠期高血压疾病患者胎盘组织中MMP-9和EGFR的表达情况及其相互关系。方法通过免疫组织化学方法检测妊娠期高血压疾病患者58例(妊娠期高血压组20例,子痫前期轻度组22例,重度组16例)及健康足月孕妇20例(对照组)胎盘组织中MMP-9和EGFR蛋白的表达情况。结果(1)MMP-9在正常组与子痫前期轻度组,重度组比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05);妊娠期高血压组与正常组,子痫前期轻度组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。(2)EGFR在妊娠期高血压组与子痫前期轻度组比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0001);子痫前期重度组与轻度组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0001)。(3)胎盘组织中MMP-9和表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)表达量呈负相关关系(r=-0.57,P<0.05)。结论妊娠期高血压疾病患者胎盘组织中MMP-9的表达异常和EGFR激活,可能在妊娠期高血压疾病发生机制中起重要作用。 Objective: To Related Study on the Role of MMP -9 and EGFR in Hypertensive Disorder Complicating Pregnancy. Methods: Immunohistochemistry used to investigate the expression of MMP- 9and EGFR proteins in placental from gestational hypertension, mild preeclampsia, severe preeclampsia and normal term pregnant women. Results : ( 1 ) Expression of MMP - 9 proteins level in placenta of gestational hypertension was significantly higher than that in mild and severe preeclampsia. There was significantly difference in MMP - 9 proteins level between preeclampsia and normal term pregnancy. (2) Expression of EGFR proteins level in placenta of mild preeclampsia higher than that gestational hypertension ( P 〈 0. 0001 ). Expression of EGFR proteins in placenta of severe preeclampsiawas significantly higher than that mild preeclampsia, P 〈 0. 0001. (3) The proteins level of MMP -9 in placental acute atherosclerosis was inverse correlated with EGFR. Conclusion : It suggested that abnormal proteins expressions of MMP - 9 and activation of EGFR may play important roles in the placental of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.
