贮存期对水基切削液润滑性能的影响

Effect of the Storage Time on the Lubricity of Water-based Cutting Fluids

本文借助于四球试验机,考察了贮存期对水基切削液润滑性能的影响。试验结果表明,贮存期对水基切削液润滑性能影响很大,贮存期越长,润滑性能越低。贮存期长使润滑性能下降的主要原因是由于油性剂油酸三乙醇胺变质所致。建议将水基切削液的贮存期确定为三个月,以使切削液的润滑性能处于最佳状态。

In this paper, the effect of storage time on the Lubricity of water-based cutting fluids were tested by a four-ball machine. Test results show that the longer the storage time is, the lower the lubricity is. The reason is due to deterioration of oily agent. It is recommended that the storage time of water ~ based cutting fluids is controlled in three months.
