缺血再灌注中中性粒细胞的呼吸爆发与组织氧化损伤关系研究现状 被引量:1

摘要 1955年Sewell发现,结扎狗冠状动脉一段时间后,恢复血流,实验动物因严重室颤而死;1967年,Bulkley与Hutchins发现冠状动脉搭桥后的病人常发生心肌细胞反常性坏死;1981年Greenberg证实,猫小肠缺血3小时后再恢复血流,粘膜损伤严重。由此可见,缺血组织在恢复血流时常伴随着严重的损伤,这种损伤往往同中性粒细胞呼吸爆发所导致的氧化损伤密切相关。现在一般将缺血/再灌注性损伤定义为:缺血的组织、器官经恢复血液灌注后不但不能使其正常功能和结构恢复,反而加重其功能障碍和结构损伤的现象。
