摘要
采用羟基官能度不同的马来酸酐改性蓖麻油(MCO),合成了一系列软段含有离子基的聚氨酯水分散液(MCPU)。考察了MCO羟基官能度不同对分散液粒径大小和分布及其成膜性能的影响。结果发现:随着MCO羟基官能度的降低,分散液平均粒径减小,分布变窄;随MCO羟基官能度的增大,胶膜的耐热稳定性提高,耐水性和耐甲苯性能提高。IR对所得膜的结构表征显示:随着MCO羟基官能度的增大,氢键化的NH、CO和自由CO吸收减小。
A series of aqueous polyurethane dispersions (MCPU) with ionic groups in the soft segments were prepared with maleie anhydride modified castor oil(MCO) of various hydroxyl functionality. The influence of hydroxyl functionality on the average particle size and its distribution were studied. It shows that the dispersion' s average particle size decreases and the distribu- tion becomes narrow with the decrease of hydroxyl functionality. The effect of hydroxyl functionality on the properties of film was investigated further. The results show that the film' s heat resistance increases, water and toluene resistance increases with the increasing of hydroxyl functionality. The films were characterized with IR. It indicates that the H - donded -NH , --C=O and free -C=O absorption decreases with the increase of hydroxyl functionality.
