MicroRNAs在子宫内膜癌的研究进展

摘要 肿瘤发生是癌基因和抑癌基因功能失衡的过程。MicroRNAs(miRNAs)是一类在多种生物中高度保守表达的非蛋白质编码小RNA,在转录后水平调节基因表达。miRNAs水平改变,可影响到癌基因和抑癌基因mRNA的翻译。它的发现为肿瘤研究提供了一个新视野。现就miRNAs的产生,作用机制及其在子宫内膜癌中的研究进展作一综述。
