系统性红斑狼疮眼底病变发展的临床观察

Clinic analysis of retinopathy development in SLE patients

目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)眼底病变发展的临床特征。方法回顾分析我院就诊随访的SLE视网膜病变患者26例,总结该病眼底病变发展转归的临床特点。结果SLE视网膜病变的发展与全身病情的进展密切相关。初期多表现为程度不同的棉绒斑,血管迂曲扩张,小片出血。随着病情的进展,眼底表现为血管炎性反应、广泛出血、血管阻塞。病变进展到晚期,视网膜大片血管闭塞呈白线状、视神经萎缩苍白,视功能严重受损。结论眼底检查不但能检测SLE眼底损害的进展,也为全身疾病的治疗及预后评估提供参考依据。

Objective To analysis the development of retinopathy of SLE. Methods Retrospective analysis the patients of SLE in our department, summarize the clinicat characters and development of retinopathy. Results The development of retinopathy of SLE is connective closely to system. In early stage, cotton spot,hemorrhage is common. With the development of SLE, vasculitis ,hemorrhage and vascular occlusion occurred in the retina. In late stage, most vascular occluded,optic nerve atrophy, visual acutity damaged. Conclusion Fundus examination can observe the development of relinopathy and provide information to systematic treatment and prognosis.
