相干光断层扫描在中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变疗效观察中的应用价值

Application of optical coherence tomography in the observation of treatment effect of central serous chorioretinophthy

目的探讨相干光断层扫描(OCT)在中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变(CSC)疗效观察中的应用价值。方法对28例(28只眼)CSC患者在激光治疗前后进行OCT检查,了解病情恢复情况。结果28只眼激光术后随诊3个月,26只眼视网膜下积液完全吸收,治愈率达92.9%;3只眼视网膜下积液部分吸收,有效率达100%。结论OCT在随诊观察CSC激光治疗的恢复过程中具有独特的优越性,可有效地评价其疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of optical coherence tomography （ OCT） in the observation of treatment effect of central serous chorioretinophthy （CSC）. Methods Twenty-eighty cases of 28 eyes with CSC were examined with OCT both before and behind the treatment of 532 nm green laser, to observe the treatment effect. Results The 28 patients treated by lasers were followed 3 months. 26 eyes of subretinal dropsy were completely absorbed, the recovery rate was 92.9%, and 3 of them was partly absorbed, effective rate was 100%. Conclusion As the special superiority in observing the treatment effect in CSC after laser surgery curing,OCT has become a kind of essential testing approach.
