氪黄激光治疗黄斑水肿疗效观察

Krypton yellow laser photocoagulation treatment for macular edema

目的探讨氪黄激光治疗视网膜血管病所致黄斑水肿的疗效。方法对60例(75只眼)视网膜血管病所致黄斑水肿患者行氪黄激光光凝治疗,局限性水肿行微血管瘤或扩张的毛细血管直接光凝。弥漫性水肿行C形格栅或环形格栅光凝。术后1、3、6个月、1年复查视力和荧光素眼底血管造影(FFA)。结果光凝后视力提高2行以上者14只眼,占18.7%,下降2行以上者6只眼,占8%,视力不变者55只眼,占73.3%。复查FFA:显示毛细血管无灌注基本消失,血管渗漏基本消失,新生血管萎缩,黄斑水肿减轻者41只眼,占77.4%,新生血管无消退迹象者5只眼,占9.4%。结论根据黄斑水肿范围、类型选择激光参数,并随时核对黄斑中心凹的位置,可使黄斑水肿的光凝安全、有效。

Objective To verify the effects of the treatment of krypton yellow laser for macular edema. Methods 60 cases （75 eyes） of macular edema were treated with krypton yellow laser photocoagulation. Direct photocoagulation was for localized edema and grid photocoagulation for diffuse edema. The visual acuity and fundus fluorescein angiography （ FFA ） were taken 1,3,6and 12 months after the treatment. Results Improve visual acuity after photocoagulation for more than 2 line 14, accounting for 18.7 percent, down more than 2 line 6, or 8 percent, unchanged from vision 55, accounting for 73.3%. FFA review, showed capillary non-perfusion disappeared, vascular leakage disappeared, shrinking neovascularization, macular edema reduce the 41 persons, accounting for 77.4%, non-faded signs of neovascularization were five, accounting for 9.4%. Conclusion Macular edema in accordance with the scope, type, selection of laser parameters, and at any time to check the location of foveal macular could photocoagulation of macular edema safe and effective.
