14例十二指肠损伤临床诊治分析

Clinical analysis of duodenum injury in 14 cases
摘要
回顾性分析本院近年收治的14例十二指肠损伤诊治经过,治愈12例,死亡2例。认为剖腹探查是确诊的最终手段,早期诊断及损伤控制,选择合理的术式是减少并发症的关键措施。
